I remember telling my mum about what the Japanese Empire did and it brought on other topics (especially what the soldiers did to the civilians), at the end she said something that I couldn’t agree with more:

“War is war. Whether that be a war on trading, fighting or territories. Rape should NEVER be brought into the equation.”

(We were talking about how some soldiers raped the women of the country that had been / was being invaded.)
I hope that all of those innocent souls get justice for their torment. :( ❤
