People want to keep blaming residents of Detroit for the way the city is but we are constantly paying more for less. This city has caused generations of poverty because of lack of resources, the fraud, and misuse of funds.

They could deduct what they owe us from future property taxes; until all the overcharges are paid.

Step 3. Adult trust fund recipients start buying all the townhouses and other buildings to open their exclusive ( that means only for themselves) craft cocktail lounges, coffee shops and microbreweries. Those secret places that only they know about to keep the locals out.
