This is the first of three videos students will need to be able to solve equations in one variable. The set is a precursor to a Desmos activity, but can be used as a stand alone explanation.

Note: This does not have solved examples, but watching all three videos gives enough instruction for students to be able to use Algebra Tiles to solve One-Step, Two-Step, and Multi-Step Equations in one variable, including equations with distributive property.
