TSM will never succeed with Regi. The only reason they dominated early on was because Bjerg was so ahead of every other mid laner. He was so ahead that he could make up for the toxic management, but eventually other mids started catching up.

good players that choke on stage together is pretty much a red flag for stressful and toxic working enviroment which is pretty much an obvious thing at tsm

Basically scrap everything. Thats how you fix it. Make them a different team. Give them a good coach, have them actually listen to tbe coach, there. But most of the players probably wont listen to the coach and you also have a franchise who doesnt want to hire a good coach and let them do their job. So honestly no fix. No fix unless you change everything about them, hence making them a completely different team/franchise.
