That's still a jam!! It still surprises me that Rene & Angela had to wait until they moved to Mercury in the mid 80's to finally start scoring major R&B chart hits. None of their singles on Capitol charted very high, and I put that down to the label's lackluster promotional efforts. Polygram knew they had a hit act on their hands. All of the singles from their "Street Called Desire" did well. If they hadn't broken up, they might have been even bigger.
