Welcome back to another print shop update video. I've been away from YouTube for a couple months, focusing on growing my 3D print farm. In this video I'm showing you what I've been up to since being away. The video starts out with a 3D printer unboxing, then I show some behind the scenes of moving all 7 printers into a new space, and it finishes with a final look at my new print shop. Chapters at the bottom in case you only want to watch a portion of the video. Hope you guys enjoy :)

Thank you guys so much for watching, we finally made it past 7800 subscribers and we're getting closer and closer to 10,000! It would really mean a lot to me if you subscribed and joined me on my 3d printing journey.

Just going to add the same thing I always add when I bump into print farm videos; air filtration or fume extraction. While PLA is "safe" in that it's the least bad of all filaments, you're still inhaling a huge amount of ultra-fine particles, various fumes and such. Right now, nobody knows the long term effects of 3D printing, we are the guinea pigs. Better safe than sorry should be the standard mode of operation for all of us in this hobby.

I can hear slant3D in the background shouting "You don't need a printer, use our new API to connect to our farm".

I've found that I don't need glue on the textured PEI plate, however I do use glue on smooth plates. Most importantly, Keep doing what is working for you and keeping your workflow moving, you're doing a great job and have been inspiring for me as I try to setup our print shop.

I’m glad I found your channel and enjoy watching people grow in life. I remember when my farm started with 1-2 printers and grow to what it is today 20+. Wish you the best in your journey and looking forward to seeing it!

Hi ! with the textured PEI plate you don't need glue, just wash it with dish soap, and every now and then some isopropyl alcohol, and you're good to go ;)... oh and avoid touching the build plate with your hands/finger, that's what makes them non sticky !

You should be able to use Elmers disappearing purple glue sticks on your build plates. You can run the build plate underwater, and the glue wipes right off the plate. If it is working keep using it.

Use a Riser with the pegs to hold the top glass on the P1s, so you can keep the door closed and vent via the top when printing pla, also it stops the tool head ptfe tube from rubbing/wearing on the top glass. I’ve never used glue on the textured or hologram plates, usually jut need to adjust the bed temp. You may want to look in to a Panda touch from big tree to help manage all your printers . Congrats 🎉

i dont know if you know this or not but bambu does sell a enclosure kit you can buy for your bambu p1p just search for enclosure in the store OR you can buy them piece by piece either way will work and will turn your p1p into a p1s i hope that helps!

Glad to see you back. I clean with dawn soap and warm water for major cleaning. Otherwise I just use alcohol and no glue.

Only use glue with PETG on Bambu printers. Especially with the textured plates, it’s not necessary to use anything for PLA, if you’re having adhesion issues try cleaning the plates with hot water and dish soap. If that doesn’t work, it’s either your filament or your printer needs re-calibration.

No glue needed for textured or smooth pei. Not for PLA or PETG

For PLA or PETG, you don't need to use glue if you use a textured PEI sheet. Those things are AWESOME for adhesion. Wash with dawn soap once a week or as needed, and wipe with isopropyl frequently and you'll have great adhesion

EDIT: PETG can stick too good to textured plates. If you spray with windex and wipe it so it leaves the film of window, the parts will release easier and won't rip parts of the textured plate off.

Yea, a good cleaning with Dawn does the trick with these plates. I use to use glue at first too.
