"Wings of Life" now streaming on Netflix!

This video was shown at the TED conference in 2011, with scenes from "Wings of Life", a film about the threat to essential pollinators that produce over a third of the food we eat. The seductive love dance between flowers and pollinators sustains the fabric of life and is the mystical keystone event where the animal and plant worlds intersect that make the world go round.

I'm so grateful to have found Louie's work and discover howthrough the time lapse photography, how he is able to bring awareness of how everything is alive and growing and moving in this interdependent universe we live in

Amazing is not strong enough an adjective to express my thoughts. This astonishing photography merely confirms my faith in an all-knowing Creator who designed these wonderful creatures!

Absolutely amazing! There are so many details in this film that it's difficult to choose one, the bees, the butterflies, the bird and the bug, the bat carrying its offspring, all being served by the flowers and serving them back. The most important thing, however, is that we need to take care of nature as it takes care of us because we're all a little tiny piece in the puzzle.

I am so shocked to see that you only have 4000 subscribers and your other videos only have a handful of views. These videos are utterly wonderful and leave me awe struck by the beauty of nature. I wish more people saw them!

Thanks, it was so exciting because I was in Panama shooting the hummingbirds in slow motion and this bee came into frame. It all happens so fast in real life you don't know if it ruined the shot or was a wonderful surprise until you look at the footage. Nature is truly beautiful.

Look at these fellow earthlings, so harmonious, so connected to us all, having come from a star we can stand on this planet and admire what this universe has wrought. Who would not want to protect such a place as this, our home? Namaste and thank you Gaia.
