When I hit play on Minecraft breakdown 6.0 it starts to load then stops and goes back to the Technic launcher

hi, i was just wondering if i could get help on how to have biomes o plenty worlds on my server, i installed the mod and did everything correctly and its just loading normal vanilla worlds, is there something i'm not doing right?

1. Can I make a server up to 20 people in MCPE?

is there a reason im not getting my email with my server info? i bought the 1gb server for me and my friend and i have fully bought it, yet i still do not get the info i need for me and my friend to join the server i paid for. (its been about 50 mins) is this because you guys are busy? edit: its been a hour and a half and still have not gotton my email. Edit 3: i have found out it made me pay for 2 servers and one is unpaid. is there a way i can cancel the unpaid one? (it had taken my money and it does say on the invoices that one is paid and one isnt)
