Fate kept me from uploading last week but I have returned with your favorite series. In this Cryptid By State we look at the highly requested location of Delaware. This area certainly has some weird ones.

I live in Milton which is a town directly next to Lewis and I saw what I thought to be a skinwalker in the woods near my house

Hey, everybody's gotta work sometime! No apologies needed. Throwing another Montana vote out there (I see you have a few). Always wondered what was out in all that wide open space. Lol! Probably be a difficult one, because of the lack of eyewitnesses. Lots of land, but not a lot of people.

I’m from Lewes, Delaware 👍
Also, with respect- it’s pronounced Leh-nah-peh.
Delaware was nicknamed “The Diamond State” because Thomas Jefferson referred to it as a “jewel among the states” due to its prime location on the Eastern Seaboard.

I don't know what I like more. You talking about Cryptids of each state or the information you give on each state in the beginning of all your videos

Please be kind to me everyone. I’m about 75% computer illiterate DONT kno if this is the proper place for postin this but I’m 44. I’ve researched the fringe aspects of pretty much anything I could find way way back from the BC era (before computer) when things folded instead of plugging in to a socket. Thank god for the Internet library’s really sucked. After a few books it became the same ol info over and over. If you were lucky it was worded differently. I’ve watched YouTube to where the they seemed to be the same way. Then I found your channel a few days ago CANT stop. THANK YOU finally someone not putting the same 6-7 cryptids up over and over. I enthralled. I’m a fellow Pennsylvanian outside the harrisburg area out far enough the average house is on at least 4-8 acres. I’ve had the hair stand up on the back of my neck quite a few times on state game lands, behind the gap land into cold springs as well as spending every Sunday and Monday at raystown for the past 4 years. on a pontoon boat sleeping on the boat all over the lake. Had quite a few pings on the fish finder that ran from one side of the screen most of the way across. we always joked about it being ray but never actually thought much about it. I’ve heard park rangers say they KNOW there’s something but don’t know what. Never knew it was sighted before the area was flooded never understood that since it’s not that old far as lakes go. My father told a story about fishing at bald eagle state park and all 5 of them all Vietnam vets hearin whst they said they could only describe as a werewolf eating something big like a deer across the other side of the bank they were fishing on. This way 25-30 years ago LONG before ya ever even heard of a dogman it scared them enough to leave days early packed up and came home. I’ve never seen any of them actually scared of anything especially in the woods. Never knew how many sightings we had of everything here in pa. They really did a good job of not making that known like I said earlier I’ve been into the whole genre my whole life since IN SEARCH OF was the closest thing ya got on tv. Thank god for ol SPOCK narrating lol

I'm from Delaware and in approximately 2007 we saw what looked like a black panther in Clayton. One day a neighbor said they saw a black panther in a tree on road 128. And we I saw what looked like one right around Daisey Road coming home aftermidnight one night.

Nevada! I can’t find hardly anything about cryptids in my state. I’d be thrilled to see a Nevada video! Love the series.

Hey Ben, loved the video! That Black dog story was interesting and Delaware became one of my favourite cryptid spots.

Ok based purely on description the prime hook swamp creature kinda does just sound like a cougar (albeit one that has wandered quite far) although why it’s not just called a cougar im not sure, since there not exactly poorly known creature. Maybe the lack of a resident population means that when people do see the occasional wanderer for a few seconds/ in poor conditions it may not register as a cougar but idk. Either way it does sound quite cat like based on that description alone so I’m leaning slightly towards out of place cougar.

It's kinda funny cause I've encountered the black dog a few times and it just stared at me before vanishing from sight. But it's strange cause I've seen it in the dover area.
