Webinar: EOSC DIH Intellectual Property Rights

This webinar provides an overview of the different intellectual property rights which can be applied to the protection of any intellectual creations, including the basic protection requisites, their length and potential application to real and concrete cases and a balance between the strategies of patenting and “open science” within the framework of a given R&D project.

This course is aimed at EOSC-Hub DIH pilots, competence centers and thematic services with an interest in the topic and understand whether it is compatible with the EOSC concept.
