When you start to feel a little heat on your forehead you are almost there, then you will feel your third eye opening up like a flower in the morning sun. This was is opening your third eye.


But this is my Astral projection experience.
Though it wasn't my intention but it took only 2 weeks and I was zooming through a vortex, I freaked out for about 3 seconds, then once I got to the other end I was in
outter space, I was kind of standing but floating on the edge of the vortex and as I looked out of the tunnel I was staring out at the earth towards an easterly direction (maybe Chile) from Australia or New Zealand. I could only see just under half of the earth as the tunnel had obscured my vision, but I did catch a glimpse of the entire planet as I drifted a little out of the t vortex. Also I am sure there were instructions, like,
"give that try" and "I will show you how". I could hear the voice clearly but feel it coming from inside me as well.
And out in the in the distance when whatever was making a noise around me just went absolutely silent, then in the distance I started to see swirling lights like they were long strands of glowing string at the start maybe 50 swirling lights but all of a sudden a deep deep sound of Aum came from everywhere all around me, inside me, inside everything
it was what I know as what is
After the intense feeling of love after I woke up and gathered my mind to try to understand what just happened.

I probably sound like a nut, but I dont care, because I know It was Real and what I experienced was, well what can I say but nothing other than Love, Knowledge, Amazement, Beauty, Meaning. the emotion I get now from the memory, brings a tear of happiness to my eye.
Because I know in my heart, mind, body and soul that it was Real.

I’ve tried all sorts of meditation techniques. But one of them stands out the most, and by far the most (weird)/effective. You need to imagine energy flowing from the top of your head, around the side of your body and down to your feet. And then imagine in it entering your body back through the soles of your feet. When it enters your body imagine it is more powerful, cleaner, and brighter than before.
