Pep Guardiola says his success at Barcelona wasn't down to him, instead he says he had the right team and they were responsible for winning the Champions League. He says business is business and if he doesn't win the Champions League with Manchester City then he may consider himself a failure at the club.

Pep's team has been playing amazing football from quite a long time but for sure he lacked that Luck a Manager needs on the Pitch. After all it's all about how players perform on the given day, a manager can only provide them vision of the game. Luck is important, you see Zidane won 3 in a Row but lack was on his side for quite a long, I don't blame anyone but circumstances for that too & it happens. As a Munich guy, I loved when Pep was Managing Bayern & I still think it was those players who were not Performing accordingly as they lost the hunger after the Treble. Even Karl Rumminnege knew that & was the reason he asked Pep to stay for more years . Still remember when Pep used to shout at our Players when they were just playin bad, I could see no hunger. Nonetheless, we always need Managers like Pep who makes Football exciting to watch even when their team lose.
