Fun fact: Ame 1337 (our Ame) was born in the 1920s and was just transported through time after she met a Lovecraftian being in a graveyard. She also once said her watch is "borrowed" and she overstayed her welcome. So could it be that the Lovecraftian being (*ehem* Ina) gave her the watch? HmmMmmMmmm
There's also a great fan fic comic about this lore uploaded on twitter where an Ame from a different timeline who died of old age leaving her Myth behind is the one who gave 1337 the time traveling watch
Fun fact #2: Ame wasn't supposed to be a timetraveller but a detective which is why she didn't say anything about the time traveling stuff until days after debut. Most likely thought of it randomly and ran with it (which is always awesome)
