I removed so much stuff from my screen like unnecessary images and documents, then I uninstalled recent programs, I used the second method from this video, then I restarted my computer and it's finally worked

For anyone having trouble and you already have a account the screen might be black BUT YOU CAN STILL LOGIN just move the mouse around until you see it change like it's over a area that wants you to type something... Click and type ur user name in then slowly move down and find where the password goes... Get them both in and hit enter... It's still black every time I go to log in but once I do everything works normal
