You know your stuff. It's on the Silverbank and it's a young calf, probably about five weeks old judging from size. She had been feeding and was cleaning her palate and baleen after nursing and opening her mouth to swallow and then squirting the water through her baleen and you could see the milk residue coming out. Tongue rolling around was part of the process. Interesting stuff. Check out the website whalesbermuda

Wow! That's pretty cool! I worked with Atlantic humpbacks up in Canada for many years, and we would see the calves when they were already 5 or 6 months old. It was fun watching them try to start feeding on solid foods (usually krill first), but I always saw it from above the water, never below.
