Attention Realtors and Real Estate Agents

I appreciate your professionalism. I respect that all Realtors adhere to a strict code of ethics. Many of you I have worked with over the last 20+ years and I appreciate and respect all that you do for your clients. For any of the Realtor or agents I haven’t worked with and you came across some of marketing….please know I respect you.

It is currently August of 2022 as I prepare this video the National Sales Estimate for this year is roughly 6 million home sales. That is a lot of volume. Even with the current inventory situation, there will be plenty of business for us all. We can all respect that Realtors and Agents handle 90% + of all the sales volume. The marketing efforts of Justin Buys Houses is to serve the needs of the smaller percentage of sales that in most cases, happen privately. Some of these folks wouldn’t be able to actually sell there home…..so please know that we do provide a value add for the sellers we work with and just know that we are providing a viable solution for the folks we work with. Just like those of you that are Realtors adhere to a strict code of ethics and conduct….I would hope you would think objectively before judging me or Justin Buys Houses.

Please know that I respect you and the clients that you serve. Please know that we offer a viable solution to our clients…and please don’t judge me without understanding the value we provide.
