56 grams of fat free cheddar cheese
56 grams of fat free cream cheese
46 grams of liquid egg whites
1 gram of garlic powder
1 gram of oregano
Mix
63 grams of pizza sauce
56 grams of fat free mozzarella cheese
15 grams of turkey pepperoni
Heat at 350° for 15 mins

Just tried this using an air oven and this is really good, thanks!

For air oven times

325 for 16 minutes for crust

Then 325 for 12 minutes with toppings

Been struggling with dieting and being big my entire life. Since I found your channel I went to the store and got the stuff to make several of the recipes.

I’d also recommend buying a cauliflower pizza crust and cutting it into squares to fit the tin. Someone commented on too much cheese but to each their own. I make a cheese “crust” out of ricotta, eggs and mozzarella for lasagna too and it’s incredible after baked. So i have no issue eating cheese crust but cauliflower is a great second option.

I never subscribed to Remington’s channel despite seeing his videos until he started his anabolic kitchen stuff. I have to admit, he’s definitely evolved as a channel and is doing a good job.

I just made this using the sugar free bbq sauce (sweet & spicy by G Hughes ) red onions, canned chunk chicken breasts (sautéed & seasoned) with the low fat mozzarella etc...Delicious
