Nice breakdown👏🏻🫡! I know I'm a little late to the party, but do you still have your spreadsheet available? Thanks.

Great video. I have a question. Let's say I'm pricing a construction jobsite, I get labor and material cost. Then add the overhead cost as a margin.

So I have a question. How do you apply that 19.33% to your estimate? Do you use it directly as a markup, or do you use the margin method? Thanks.

How many percent is overhead contingency and miscellaneous OCM cost from direct cost?

Not a good video at all. You spent too much time with unnecessary information. At the end you pushed out a number not explaining how you derived that number and even worse how to apply it in the estimate. I was very disappointed, I wonder how many persons started listening to this and just skipped to something else.
