Assuming those laws have been proven, what's keeping the mirrors from slowly losing energy as if they were a pendulum? As soon as part of the reflection of the aluminum cylinder would be reflected in the mirror frame, that should (according to these "laws") immediately change its specific weight, causing the swing from the opposite side to be lessened each time, eventually causing the whole mirror set up to find its specific point of balance, where each side is reflecting the same "weight" and in a state of stasis.
