Jeep Grand Cherokee communication fault. CAN bus open

Great video, I just subscribed to your channel, the headlights on my 2016 jeep grand Cherokee always stay on. I cannot turn them off with the headlight control switch knob. I already replaced it with a new one from the factory and still same problem cannot turn the lights off the lights only turn off on the car off, everything else works fine only problem I cannot turn the lights off with the switch, and I cannot access my fog lamps, do you have any suggestions on what it might be?
