With the weekly reset the second catalyst for the outbreak perfected (rewind rounds) is now available here is how it is done.

Quest steps:
1. Speak to Ada-1
2. Defeat fallen in the lost sector Exodus Garden 2a
3. Link the catalyst switches in the legend version of the mission zero hour
4. Complete the legend version of the mission zero hour
5. Speak to Ada-1

Starting the quest: 0:00

just semantics, but this isnt a catalyst. its just the built in perk. the catalyst is the more nanite damage and they spawn more

How do you get the barrel and magazine perks to unlock on the gun ?
