Did you know that in the anime film Redline, this film took 7 years to make because it was primarily hand-drawn. But this film didn’t recover its 30 million dollars budget, and that put studio Madhouse in a very critical crisis. This caused animators to leave and become freelancers, and others started their own studios. One of them was Masao Maruyama, who left Madhouse and founded Studio MAPPA.

Plot: ok, not great.
visuals: Completely amazing
soundtrack: complements the energy of the visuals.
voice acting: they hired the best if the best (english dub, going back to watch it subbed)
overall: if you love animation this movie is a breathtaking piece of art
