Our interdisciplinary team includes caregivers, nurses, social workers and chaplains. We visit you at home, in a nursing home or at any of the hospitals in Dutchess and Ulster counties to work in tandem with your current physician to provide an extra level of specialized comfort.

Hospice services are covered by Medicare, Medicaid, Veterans Benefits, and most insurance plans.
