Hi Scale Monkey! New subscriber here. Just ordered myself the P408 :)

I'm wondering about 2 things:

1. Do you know what snowchains that may fit this kit? And can you maybe sell it? (Winter is coming;)
2. Gear reduction. From the videos I have seen. The "low" gear still seems a bit fast for my taste. (20kph) Can you think of a way to get this more in line of a crawler? High torque, low RPM motor swap?
