Great video. I am American. I have visited and am strongly considering a move to Tbilisi. I have a medical retirement from the military so I will not need to seek a job. I was wondering, have apartments gotten a lot more expensive and difficult to find since the start of the war in Ukraine? It is difficult to find reliable information about this. Thank you!
