That was quick. The Epstein files shouldn't be a problem.

What I'm curious about is that Trump brought in Andrew Tate and no one is mentioning that. If we're talking about trafficking.

They are dragging their feet because he's either seriously injured or dead.

This has nothing to do with his release. They’re stalling. Why? Someone should demand proof of life!

All completely irrelevant. Completely. 1. The administration has admitted he was sent incorrectly through administrative error. 2. He is charged with no crime in El Salvador... so why is El Salvador keeping him in prison? Because the Trump administration is paying them to.

Why is the US govt paying foreign govts to imprison foreign citizens in perpetuity? Why are US tax dollars going towards this? If he's in El Salvador jurisdiction, then exactly what is US paying El Salvador for?

Technically, Garcia WAS given due process. But he actually WON his case. The only reason why we can't use the word 'acquitted' is because there was never a criminal case. There were never criminal charges other than loitering and entering illegally which is a misdemeanor. Imagine a court finding you innocent and you still get punished. According to court filings, the judge found that Garcia had documents backing up his testimony and that his testimony was consistent. The judge also found that Garcia was actually THE VICTIM of gang violence in El Salvador. His mom owned a small business and a local gang was trying to shake her down by threatening Garcia, then 16 years old. To those who say, 'What about the victims of gang violence?' They should recognize him as one of those victims as he has been PROVEN in a court of law, and beyond reasonable doubt, to be one.

As for the word 'murder' being thrown around in connection to Garcia, ICE mistakenly claimed to Garcia's lawyer that he was detained in connection to a murder. Again this is something that court documents PROVE is false because he was detained for loitering, not murder.

Do better, MSN.

Release the agreement/contract you made with El Salvador to hold the men. According to information in the court order. The agreement was to hold them in CECOT "pending a United States decision of their long term disposition." Sounds to me like Trump and Co have much more authority to do something than they want us to know about.

He can release all kinds of records on anyone but he can’t release his tax records, lab results, cognitive testing…

The fact that they owned the mistake- now we're having all this push back to get him home sounds like he's not alive and that's horrible someone needs to be held accountable.

If he’s guilty of heinous crimes like they say he is then prove it in court. That’s what due process is about and our constitution demands it

I understand deportation (but still deserves due process) but what I do not understand is him being in a Maximum security Prison. So Kilmar has to spend the rest of his life in prison ?? Nayib Bukele said to a reporter he can not release him in El Salvador, b/c he is suspected of being a gang member ?? So no court in the US no court in ElSalvador it, he is in prison for life?? I mean this sounds crazy, inhumane & a massive human rights violation.

The most important issue here is not whether he is guilty it is the abrogation of the rule of law. This administration willingness to go around the courts is a real and present threat to all Americans.

It's so funny that people always seem to think because someone has anything criminal in their record at all, they should be subject to the worst imaginable punishments with no due process. Even if he had the most heinous allegations lobbed at him, he still has a right to a fair trial.

People don't seem to realize that throwing human rights out the window for ANY one person means potentially throwing them out for literally anyone else.

Seriously, do you really want to live in a world where you could be thrown in a gulag and the key thrown away just for looking at the president the wrong way? No trial, no jury, no lawyer, no way to state your case?

Seems like this really is what some people want. Mob rule. Total insanity.

The only reason why they are releasing that to sully his name.
The guy has an order of protection from a judge. That means all this has been look into. Regardless you don’t send someone, anyone down to a foreign prison to die ! And you don’t find people guilty without due process!!!

Florida picked up a 20 year old who was driving into Florida from Georgia, where he was born. The high way patrol labeled him as an alien, because he spoke little English as he lived in Mexico a long time as a kid. Florida passed a law that it's criminal (not civil as federal law states), to enter Florida. He was arraigned in county court where the judge confirmed his birth certificate was authentic but the county judge said she was not the correct jurisdiction to hear his case, as he was labeled an alien. So now he's detained, and the federal government fully in control of when he goes infront of immigration court. This, this is how we become a fully fascist state. Red states will all pass these laws and we will have to carry proof of citizenship around our necks.

Garcia filed an I-589 application for asylum to prevent his removal from the country. His hearings were held on Aug. 9 and Sept. 27 in 2019. A Baltimore immigration judge ruled in his favor on Oct. 10, 2019, disagreeing with the lower (biased?) immigration hearing. ICE did not appeal the federal judge’s ruling, which rendered Garcia's asylum protective order FINAL! (i.e. no longer an "illegal immigrant"). Garcia's protective asylum order was\is his "legal right" to stay in Myld with his citizen wife, grandmother, brother, son & 2 stepchildren & his Myld earned sheet metal trade license. As he can't be deported to his El Salvador citizen country, he both can't legally be "deported" or sent anywhere else!!! No legal basis for the DOJ's knowingly false and inexcusable defamatory lies and resulting "admitted mistaken" KIDNAPPING. Just the simple controlling facts by a three state licensed lawyer, without the MAGAt's lies & alleged "experts" failure to focus!
