This is my reaction to when my opponent blunders their pieces and I'm like "am I dreaming?" or is there a trap
Then I remember I'm like 1000

if rook takes d6 then queen to c5 check hence checkmate avoided and whites rook is also hanging

I am totally lost. Why are we talking about rook d6 when black king is in check?

I don't know the complete game.
So, what was white's response to that move Kg6 which was considered a blunder ? Rxd6, sacrificing the rook ? If the rook is captured by black's queen, then Qxf5+# mate.
But what if black doesn't take the rook ?

It's the only great move for Anish during the contest 😊😊

These guys are great commentators!

I'd be curious to see them with one female included. Maybe Anna Muzzychuk?

I think in my eye says rook takes the pawn in the g4 queen takes rook pawn in f5 takes the queen and black queen goes to e2 rook goes d2 queen takes rook black king takes knight in h5 and black king try to advanced to the white king and do a stalemate idk I'm new to chess maybe I'm wrong 🤔
