Dude Jeff, you just…..in every way showed them how badass you are. Let them go first, tire them out, let them roost you showing how much dirt you eat as a mere appetizer, then ate their lunch and dinner. And those guys were fast. Hey Jeff What are some good workouts and stretches for motocross and what is something I could do to help reduce arm pump this could also be a video idea like showing us some ideal workouts and stretches for higher level riders

I watched your traction control video and then this one right after and i could be wrong but it sounds like you have it on cuz it made your lap times faster. and in this sandy stuff it has to help with acceleration there just no way it doesnt.
