Appreciate the kind words my friend! I credit almost all the info in this video to Kunoichi - the AD akali player. He gave me an insane 10 page document with his story, a full guide, combos, matchups, builds etc - and I love passing that on to viewers. Hope the akali community has fun with this - whether it is a perfect build or not, it's a very fun playstyle that can help new players try her out. Giving people a new way to have fun in LoL - even if they have been playing for many years - is always my goal.

Very similar to my Mathematically Undying Akali.
The only difference being that I'll make a Ravenous Hydra instead of the Sterak's or Death's Dance for the added heal omnivamp, since the Hydra also raises the damage healed by Goredrinker's active and the added AD from Hydra increases the Goredrinker's active damage, so both items synergize perfectly.
All else is basically the same, though I can make a Guardian Angel as 3rd item sometimes if I wish, instead of an AP item if I wish to commit to AD more than AP.

Is not a terrible build (going grasp - ice gauntlet might be it at that) but it's harder to make it work if you are new to Akali. Since most advice and info about her is about AP assassin though I could see it becoming a thing if goregrinder remains as it is now.

when I do ad akali I go Dorans and then a bunch of littalithy items or tank items, and it is better than ap akali
