i feel you.i had a great worker for 2days he told me beforehand Id get two months out of him. I got2 today's but he's willing to work for me on his days off.
nobody wants to do hard work anymore it's sad

You hired him at the right time….if he makes it through the heat rest is downhill….lol god it wipes my ass out….I walked up the hill to my target last weekend and it was hot but didn’t feel like I had got to hot and come in showered and laid down…son I woke up in the middle of what I guess is heat exhaustion maybe..my head liked to exploded and threw up writhing in pain….makes twice I’ve done that in last 2mons…was cuttin a few for a feller when it happened last month…I think it’s something to do with circulation goin to my head through my neck…take it easy jr…I know you know the feelin…..matt
