Very easy, very straightforward. Turn the car off, take the fuse out, wait 10 secs, Put the fuse back in, turn the car on, sync master reset. Job done. Thank you

after trying a handful of things, this actually worked! my fuse box is slightly different however i managed to locate and resolve the issue.., thanks man.., legend.

Thank you very much. Saved my sanity. This fixed an issue where my Android phone connected to SYNC but music and audio from any app did not play out of the car's speakers, but sound from calls did.

The guys at the dealership messed up my car in someway.
It wont play any radio, the buttons wont work.
I was so worried.
Came across your video used a 4 pound plier to pull out the fuse and did the master reset.
Everything works so well again.

I'm glad it worked so well for many of you. My SYNC is completely shredded. I can't enter the SYNC Settings at all. I even can't push the AUX button to access other audio devices. What now? The fuse pull didnt work...
