Simmo should not have been sacked.
This team was bad, but they were far better this year than last year. No 100 point losses, off the bottom of the ladder, won a derby, youth such as Reid and other showing promise, Waterman having a breakout year and at times contending for the Coleman. What did Simmo need to do to keep the job? Top four?

Eagles need to trade Ryan while they will get something for him.. Cripps I think is too old and should be retired or spend 2025 in the WAFL.. ditto Jack Darling and Duggan who should NEVER have been made co captain. The only guy over 30 who they should keep are Yeo and McGovern and Kelly.
