Alright guys, I am from Israel, a Maccabi Haifa fan. I can tell you a bit about Leidner. The 3 powerhouse teams in Israel, Maccabi Haifa, Maccabi Tel Aviv & Hapoel Beer Sheva all wanted him, but Hapoel Tel Aviv wouldnt sell him to any team inside Israel. He is the best Israeli left defender that we have, and he is "the future" of Israeli defense. He got all kinds of offers from Europe but chose Olympiakos because his agent & he believe that he's on another level than the defender you currently have, and within a year he will be the starter. You guys have made an incredible signing. His best skillset is on the offensive end, which makes him super fun to watch & play with. He had a high IQ & loves to work, learn, and grow. As I said, fantastic signing & you will enjoy him a lot. Moreover- you will be able to resell him for at least double the price purchased. Great luck to you guys in Europe & the league this year.
