I help Americans and Canadians mainly (Snow birds) bring their cars or RVs to be painted and fully restored to the highest quality. Everyones prices are different depending on what you want and the conditions of the car. Feel free to send me pictures of your car and what you want done for a quote.
For this 59 Impala in Ventura County California we were quoted at 35k for all body and metal work! wich is crazy in my opinion we cut that price in half and at a much faster speed without comprising quality.

I worked on a mexican construction crew for the first 8 months they thought I was their to get info on them to get them in trouble.. then they realized I was there to get a paycheck .for the next two years I was treated like family ! We grew close and I was proud tto be with them I ate with them after work and stayed with them alot of weekends . I fell in love with the Family I was now a part of . I trusted them with my life and I done everything I could to help my new family every way I could I know their are bad people everywhere but my mexican family is still close to me after 40 years of friendship ! GOD BLESS THE MEXICAN PEOPLE

In the day, we used to drive to Mexico to get our interiors done ... all the way from Canada. Top workmanship.

He said it all when he stated "I haven't found a body man or paint man that keeps their word". I feel the same way, especially with mechanics.

I was stationed in San Diego CA and I owned a 1972 Ford Maverick that needed upholstery..at the time, there were no upholstery kits available for Mavericks, So I shopped around at upholstery shops in San Diego and the pricing and turnaround time was all over the place I couldn't get a firm or firm completion date.
The cheapest price was over 4k
Then this Mexican guy I worked with suggested I take it to a shop in Mexico, So we went to Mexico to a shop he knew and after some negotiation on price and completion I left the car there..6 days later the shop owner called and told me the car was done...huh?? Already?
I went and picked it up and the upholstery was gorgeous! Fit was excellent and it was done before he said it would be done.
That was 20yrs and the upholstery held up for near that long, some tears developing but not at the seams..the seams have never come apart

Six months for a complete restoration is a deal I would jump on in a heart beat. One-year isn't a bad deal either.

I'm a custom painter and bodyman all my life and I know that Mexican workers work harder and do a better job than most Americans. We have grown soft in this country and we can take a lesson from our brothers down south on how to do shit right!! 35k for that car is outrageous but with prices up here what they are, labor costs, insurance, shop costs and materials most shops have to charge that and they end up taking way too long to do the job even if it is quality work.

Let me be absolutely clear. The Mexican craftsmen are the best. Their attention to detail put most American body shops to shame. Don't get me wrong I love the USA But if I was rebuilding a classic from the ground up I would find the right shop in Mexico.

You have the mentally of the old American auto worker and it's equally refreshing that you're restoring these true gems off the Detroit and Ohio lines!! Men, you are amazing 🚗🙏

We took our 4 runner to TJ to have new seat covers and some custom installation in stereo and off road gear, it was great, all of it

I had my show cars interior done in Mexico like 20 years ago when I was about the same age as this young man. It was $1, 500 total! A shop in California would have charged close to $5, 000. The craftsmanship was top notch and it was in great shape when I sold the car.

I drove my sweet little 1966 Volvo 122(S) down to La Paz, Baja California Sur, where I live, to have it painted and upholstered and couldn't be happier.
