As a Christian, it’s incredibly hard nowadays to see everyone defending other cultures and religions but it’s perfectly fine to burn down churches or bash us as much as they want. I just think that Ben Shapiro took Candaces Stance as a personal attack against his Jewish heritage and against Isreal. As a Christian I have my own views on things but Ben should not have been a jerk to her.

As a Texas born Christian, I’ve been exposed to other religions through family. I believe it’s helped me to see things in a different way and not be the type to brush off others beliefs or tell them they are wrong and be hateful. My cousins were born in Saudi, so they are of Muslim faith. We’ve had so many level headed conversations about our beliefs. I don’t necessarily believe their beliefs are wrong, who am I to judge that? And I will never push my own onto them. That’s all they have known and been taught. I think we could all use an understanding of others beliefs and be accepting and show love regardless. at the end of the day, we are all just believing in a higher power, trying to get to our forever home and be good people. I’m very thankful for my upbringing. Although my belief in Christ will never waver, I will sit and listen/learn about anyone else’s. We need more of that without getting heated❤️

There is a very important distinction between walsh and owens, dont fall for Ben's lawyer speak. Walsh doesnt ever criticize israel. He just says US shouldnt intervene. Thats a very important distinction considering Jeremy Boerings call where he said they wouldnt hire a conservative that had the same views as Candace. Implying strongly the criticism was the main reason.
I have not made up my mind until more comes out but I will say the DW looks really bad considering they built their platform on free speech and now are curtailing speech. Whether they are allowed or not is irrelevant they are hypocrites. The funding for DW originally came from sources that show their loyalty may very well not lie with America as a whole.

It doesnt look good for them when you actually look at the facts. Ben really isnt defensible in general when it comes to his israel reactions.

Tension has been building within DW publicly between Candace, Jeremy and Ben since the Kanye West "controversy". This has been a time coming. It was just a matter of when and how.

9:44 - the definition of antisemitism is hostility, prejudice, or discrimination against Jewish people. Accusing jews of exaggerating or inventing the holocaust, even though it's one of the most well documented and researched genocides in modern history - is obviously antisemetic. Holocaust denial is at the center of antisemitism, because it encapsulates every single antisemetic trope in the book - That we're liars who are always playing the victim, that we're manipulators, that we're trying to take over the world, that we're just a "problem" that needs to be "taken care of", etc. How can literally anyone view holocaust denial as anything other than antisemitism? Crazy.

It is entirely hypocritical to challenge hate speech laws and accusations, while suddenly using a hate speech accusation against someone. Lil Ben is definitely a hypocrite.

Everything is zero sum tribalism now. We're reverting back to zero sum wars to prove who is fundamentally correct. Positions that rely on feelings and beliefs that can't tolerate the existence of disagreement, rather than debate and evidence based comparisons. Ben and DW have jumped the shark one this one and they can't see or understand it.

There a plenty of reasonable ideas for why we've regressed socially and politically. I don't know who's more right, only that we can't climb back out of it until to reestablish the good faith understanding everyone including ourselves can be wrong. If we can't, history will repeat and we won't enjoy the outcome. We have to agree other people are allowed to be wrong.

The equivalent of Holocaust deniers is people denying that slavery happened. How do you feel about that? I do think it's antisemitic to question whether the Holocaust happened... maybe you can question small parts of the story but millions of Jewish people were killed simply for being Jewish

I'm pretty sure comparing people who don't believe in the holocaust to people who believe the JFK assassination was a coverup is incorrect. It isn't the same thing at all.
