Thank you! Very concise and easy to follow.
So to clarify (just want to make sure I'm understanding correctly):
-Phase 0 (I): Tested on **animals**
-Phase 1 (S): Tested on **healthy** participants to assess the safety/adverse effect profile
-Phase 2 (W): Tested on target **diseased** participants to assess the efficacy of the medication/treatment
-Phase 3 (I): Testing the medication/treatment on **diseased** participants and compare it to the current standard of care
-Phase 4 (M): Once the medication passes all the above phases, it can be marketed

Does the participant size matter in Phases 1-3?

Thanks for making this video. The NBMEs love asking about it. By the way, are you Turkish? Your last name means "iron."
