The RH 400 hydraulic mining shovel was developed by O&K of Germany, not Bucyrus Int'l. He doesn't even mention Terex (who apparently bought out O&K, at least bought their hydraulic mining shovel line), while "Terex" is clearly shown on the side of the shovel's superstructure.
