Nice! I've been pondering about cinnamon syrup for a little while so I'll take this as ny sign to try it out! Yhink it'll be nice in coffee too

Best way to do it I find is by snapping the cinnamon sticks, it simply inreases surface area and releases more flavor. If you don't you just ending up using more cinnamon sticks than you need.
