-Submucosal Fibroids

Could you please share your advise/guidance in the following case where 28years old female has conceived for the first time and the USG has suggested an incidental finding of intrauterine fibroid approx 4.75 x 4.75 cm which is asymptomatic.
1. So will the fibroid affect growth of the fetus or cause any kind of anomaly?
2. Should the pregnancy (approx 5 weeks) be terminated and laprascopic myomectomy can be followed or wait until the fibroid shrinks and then plan pregnancy ?
3. Will myomectomy affect fertility ?
