I love watching these. You should do an inexpensive puzzle series! Would love to get some but $150 can be a bit steep!

If the sides of the box are labeled correctly, the side that needs to be moved on step M of the solution can be determined from the binary representation of M. The binary representation of M is a compact way to express it as a sum of powers of 2. The smallest power of 2 in that sum will be of the form 2^N. The side that needs to be moved is N + 1. For example, side 4 needs to move on step 24. In this case, M = 24 (decimal) = 11000 (binary) = 2^4 + 2^3. The smallest power of 2 in the sum is 2^3 so N = 3. Therefore side 4 needs to move.

Its main property is that two consecutive numbers only have a one bit difference.

That's a cool puzzle. It'd make a cool jewelry box I think haha. Imagine having your gf solving that and then pulling out an engagement ring lol.

When are we going to get the restock of the 1st playing cards? Or even better a new deck from you? I’ve been waiting to get my hands on a deck!

Wondering whether the patterns on the sides were enough to solve it without your sticky numbers, seeing as the sides had a pattern.

The repeating numbers reminds me of that scene in Clue: 2+1+1+1 is....no! 1+1+2!+1 😂

Spoilers for magic trick at the beginning... Sorta

I'm not sure how the plastic trick worked with the pen disappearing but I know it was already distorted because you had your fingers over where the distortion in the pen was....

But "binary" doesn't just mean "a sequence of numbers", it means a numbering system with only two "characters" where any number above that would need additional placeholders to be represented.... like our 0 to 9 but with only two... so I thought maybe it would be a sequence between two of the panels, with the other ones only sliding as a misdirect, and that you would have to glean from the name "binary" that only two sides were involved in the sequence... something like with all of the other sides being made of lies. I am slightly irked by this.

When you know about computer science, it really helps a lot. It says Binary, and 32 (2^5) exact moves, and there are 6 sides. My initial guess is that it will be similar to Binary Indexed Tree / Fenwick Tree. So it will be
1 2 1 3 1 2 1 4 1 2 1 3 1 2 1 5 1 2 1 3 1 2 1 4 1 2 1 3 1 2 1 6
