Lightning Web Security & The RefreshView API

Todd Halfpenny takes a dive into Lightning Web Security. He covers what it is, some of its impacts, and what it offers us.

Todd also looks at things such as cross-namespace component use and increased support for 3rd party JavaScript libraries.

To wrap the session up, Todd covers the RefreshView API and the ability to synchronise components’ data without reloading the whole page, with both Locker Service and LWS.

Great talk - and great that the Q&As included passing a mic around. I know it's tough, but it would be good if the organisers on the sidelines also remembered that their voices won't be heard on recordings unless they have a mic in their hand 😀
