Appia Life - How to make americano

This video is to guide you to make the perfect americano coffee with Appia Life.

- Put the cup under the hot water wand
- Fill cup ½-inch below cup rim
A little tip: before making coffee we recommend purging the group
- Purge the group for 2 seconds
- Fill the cleaned filter holder with the correct dose of coffee
- Distribute the coffee in the filter holder
- Tamp the coffee to compact it
- Press the button
- Put the cup under the group head

The cup doesn't even fit underneath it you can easily burn yourself! Americano is supposed to be full filled up to the brim of the cup. You need to extract espresso in insulated cups, then pour into cup on top of the hot water
