Searching a lot for best video on radiograpy of para nasal air sinuses and at last I . Well expalined using the images of water's view and caldwell's view .
Now I got complete knowledge about air sinuses, feeling so happy at last I came to understand the radiology of para nasal air sinuses.

The waters projection is for the face. It should not include the skull, mandible and throat and should be taken with the mouth open to show the sphenoid sinus. Great collimation for the caldwell view. The lateral should only include the sinuses. Don't use centring points, just your knowledge of anatomy and the illuminated field provided by the light beam collimator. There should be zero primary beam dose to the thyroid. We have accurate machines now, but when these projections were invented 100 years ago they didn't even have a collimator
