Hi I just wanted to mention that a lot of you information you said in this review was not accurate. I own a jeep grand cherokee summit reserve it is real Alcantara headliner real Palermo leather and real open pour wood. You might want to do a little more research before giving out false information to so many people just a suggestion have a nice day.

If you lease this vehicle now there is a $7, 500 tax credit and as much as $20k of discounts total. It may have an $80k sticker but it leases like a $60k car now.

Everyone acting like Jeeps could never command high pricing: Did you live through the 90s? Cherokees, Grand Cherokees, and old Wagoneers were all over the fanciest neighborhoods, just like Mercedes Wagons, Volvos, and Range Rovers.

Lol@ talking about reliability then bringing up German vehicles. Note: I've owned and done significant repairs on enough German vehicles to know what they are and what they are not.

Going from an 06 Sequoia to a 22 Summit Reserve 4xe was an insane improvement in ride and handling quality.

On average, I get 30 miles EV range on my Grand Cherokee 4xe. Much better than the official 25 miles.

I just bought a 2023 (over the 2024) because Jeep offered a 20% discount. Bringing it way down to VERY affordable! I love it!

All the talk about price, but no mention of the hybrid/electric $7, 500 Fed tax credit, and state tax credits. A 4xe Summit well-eqipped ends up under $70k.

I just leased a 2023 Grand Cherokee Summit Reserve 4xe. Yes the MSRP was $81, 000. Yes I was shocked by the price. I originally started the process by looking at a less expensive model in the Grand Cherokee line but with a lease credit of $7, 500 on the 4xe plus several other rebates and incentives, the lease payment was extremely reasonable. Much less than the competing luxury models that you mentioned in the video. It’s a handsome and luxurious SUV and very comfortable. Keeping my fingers crossed on reliability. Thanks for a great video.

I don’t understand these algorithms. You have premium quality car content and nobody views it 🤔

Absolutely love mine! Better then the V6 version I had previously, and I loved that one as well. It moves! Very quiet. Great in the snow. Not too big or too small.

Love that you pointed out the difference on dest charges from Mercedes to Jeep. We got a 1600 charge for our 2022 Ford Escape plug in.

You are so right about spending that kind of money for that kind of reliability. Very much like buying a Range Rover.

By pronouncing Stellantis wrong on purpose, is this like your own subtle way of voicing your obloquy of Chrysler/Jeep/Dodge merging with Fiat? If so, it's kinda funny.

Most of the country who needs to go off road, or wants to spend time off road or battling snow does not live within even an hour of a BMW, Mercedes, Audi or Porsche dealer. And if you breakdown off road, you won’t find a dealer nearby either. That’s one good reason why people in USA and Canada buy Jeep, GM, Ford, Dodge vehicles. Yes, it would be great if reliability on Jeep wasn’t an issue.

I just bought my 2024 Jeep Grand Cherokee 4xe Anniversary edition. It's brand new. With dealer incentives, rebates, and EV tax rebates (especially for my state), the vehicle didn't come out to $60K+ I think if I recall, I'm around $49k-$51k. Which is a more reasonable price. The vehicle has been great thus far. I do a lot of freeway driving and my car will sit for a few days (airline pilot). I've had the car a little under two weeks. Just put gas in the tank to fill it up. I've traveled over 400 miles in the week (the tank wasn't empty, got it down to 125 miles).

I agree, its tough to dish out 80K on a Jeep with X5s and GLEs as options. Oh and that destination charge is ridiculous. Its got a nice interior though.

5:37 Funny how you don't like the grey, I'm picking mine up tomorrow and I've asked them to change me from the black to grey (my current 300 is grey and I love it).

If this is the Trailhawk version you can not compare it to BMW or Mercedes. This is an offroad machine with increasing ground clearance the only comparison is the range rover which I believe is even more expensive so be carefull you need to compare apple to apple and not to tomato? But I agree the price is quite high. I drive the smaller Compass with similar features and would not exchange it for any other car such as BMW or Mercedes or Audi!
