I have a julienne peeler instead of a spiralizer (which works wonderfully!) and while I was julienning one zucchini and trying to add it to an existing salad, I decided to julienne more carrots, cucumbers, then I added a mango as well! I was blown away by how tasty it was!I used olive oil, salt and pepper as seasoning but next time I would actually love to just use lemon juice instead of oil. And the whole time I kept thinking that this recipe sounded a little familiar because of the mango

I use the same sesame oil!!!! It's such a good, healthier alternative to any other cooking oil.
