I have watched all your videos on head loss calculations for chilled water and condenser water, and I really appreciate your work.
I kindly request that you create a comprehensive video focused on chilled water pump head calculations. It would be incredibly helpful if you could explain the routing of the piping node by node with the help of drawing, clarifying which valves and headers are involved and how you determine the pipe lengths during the calculations.
Additionally, could you also explain the concepts of primary and secondary pumps, along with the decoupler? It would be great to understand where these pumps are used, their differences, and their applications.

1- can u explains with ASHRAE referance that how to make bell mouth for return air mean what is the velocities??
2- same as 1 how to make wall opening size for return air mean max velocity for opening size
3- how to size flex duct

CHW coming out of the chiller will have some pressure i, e the suction side of the secondary pump, is this pressure will be minus in the final head loss of the secondary pump(discharge side).

Here the density unit is slug/ft3.. While calculating reynolds number We should change the slug to pound, right?

Sir, if we are not considering the vertical hight or static head then does water will reach on the last AHU, for every 10 Meter hight 1 bar pressure loss will be there rite? i know that it is a closed loop but still i have doubt

please guide.
you have considered a single chiller and calculated the heads on the base of its flow rate which is 778 gpm.
now please tell me if the number of chillers are more than 1, for example there are 3 chillers, and the total flow rate in that case is 778 X 3 = 2334gpm. now what flow rate shall we consider in calculating the head of secondary pump, either 778 gpm or 2334 gpm. remember the pipes sizes are also change in both cases.

One doubt..suppose..pump head 30m, flow rate 1200gpm.power 49HP...need to use 2 set pump on each primary and secondary..how to select pump..each pump should be 49hp ..or need to select a pump of 600gpm..if we select 600gpm..should i keep head and power same..
