Personally, I think Stacey Dash is a little paranoid about the way she has been treated by Hollywood. As for her conservative views, she may have a right to express them, but she also deserves to be criticized like any other conservative in this country for their views.

The safety concern is derived from the looseness of the standard for a trans woman to enter the female bathroom. If a person gets the surgery or at least changes their license to female and consistently dressed as a woman, people would feel safer. The issue is that a person can swap their gender on a daily or situational basis without showing any commitment to a specific gender. This is unsafe because it's easy for perverts to lie and say they are gender confused in order to enter the wrong bathroom. Even if the dude is dressed head to toe in male clothes he can walk into a shower room or changing room and not get the cops called on him as long as he simply uses the gender copout. There have been many cases of this all over. Mark dice has several posted. My self-defense teacher said there had been a couple occassions where a man just "accidentally" went into the girls locker room. He called the cops both times and said "It's not important to figure out if it really was an accident, they could be testing the waters so I always send a strong message."

Whatever you are physically from birth is what you are. You cant just say im something else, get a surgery and now you got a man in the girls bathroom. She has a right to be upset, alot of us are. And the interview lady asking were you always like this.. to try to get her to not stand up for herself... pleease
