I didn't know the Finals MVP was named after Bill Russell, that shows me how much he is honored and to have an award named after you sounds like a big honor. Vince Lambordi has the Superbowl championship named after him, he was tough, intelligent and respected coach in the NFL. That's pretty awesome in my opinion!

His argument is so flawed, so let’s look at what LeBrons has over Jordan. When Bron was in the east his rivals were in the west, when he moved to the west many moved to the east. Bron made 9 finals in 10 years, to be an NBA champions between 2011 and 2018 you knew you had to get past LeBron James in the finals. Jordan spent years getting bounced out before even the conference finals. LeBron James can play 1 through 5 and guard 1 through 5. LeBron James didn’t need to take 2 breaks in his career to continue. And the Bill Russell top 3 opinion is ridiculous. And if his argument is rings then why isn’t John Havlicek about MJ?
