Would love to see a dial indicator results on each joint/axis vs ~50 or 100lb load. Looks like you've got most of the low hanging deflection fruits, sweet build!

Starting to look really promising Bryan. I think 200N is most likely what you will ever get in cutting forces from a 3kW Spindel. Looking forwards to see some chips fly.

That's a huge improvement! Still a little flex with that force of course, probably a lot more force than it will get while milling. I have a long way to go haha (but it's machining). Would be nice to see this machine in action.

Maybe increasing gantry steel wall thickness would improve a bit more.
I'm thinking about this and implement it in my build.
Machine looks really great Brian.
When will we see some test cuts? 😎💥

You can put a second bracket on the spindle, that help a lot.
