Stronghold Crusader 2 the sequel to fan-favourite medieval RTS Stronghold Crusader, which has sold over two million copies to date. Crusader 2 is currently being developed independently by Firefly Studios, who plan to release the game in 2014.

The ingame currency you get is for stronghold kingdoms, which is their online stronghold version.

So I dont think the currency is for their new game, Stronghold: Crusader 2.

In Kickstater if you don't reach your goal, you don't get any money. They probably have agreement with Gambitious and their conditions are probably better.

I guess I will show faith one more time. I wish for the traditional grid-pattern building placement, workers having a fast flow between the workplace and stockpile, a working multiplayer, and that Arabic lords don't build churches like in Crusader.
Probably above all a traditional, easy to use level editor. Half my playtime consisted of messing around in the level editors.

What about the "Set up identity" feature? Will we be able to do more than set our names and have a shield as a portrait?

Take your time when you make this. I think that games that comes fast are bad and games that come like two years late and had been played through many times by test players are the best!
